Valued coworker Kevin O’Donovan recently penned a very provocative analysis and critique of the one Wang Chung song you know with the eponymous lyric.

One of his commenters tries to glibly dismiss this seminal and groundbreaking examination of 1980s culture, but Kevin is right to hold his ground — once the artist is done creating, we insult him by not allowing ourselves to be effected by his work. Wang Chung deserves nothing less.
