May 20th, 2005 | by Scott Jennings |I’m pleased to announce the SCOTT JENNINGS STAR WARS MOVIE MARATHON OF ULTIMATE DESTRUCTION (name courtesy Ben Moser), scheduled for Sunday, May 29th, at my lovely apartment in beautiful Chapel Hill, NC.
Here is the proposed schedule:
11am: Episode I
1:15pm: Episode II
3:45pm: pile into cars and go see Episode III in the theater
7pm: Episode IV
9:15pm: Episode V
11:25pm: Episode VI
That’ll have us finished right around 1:40am, with no hope of getting those fourteen hours and forty minutes of our lives back again. The schedule is subject to change as we wrap the DVDs around the theater screening, but the schedule will stay TIGHT TIGHT TIGHT — if you need a break, you’re a PUSSY. This is supposed to be PAINFUL.
I ain’t seen none of these movies, and I’m only doing this because I’m quite sure it will completely ruin the experience for me.
Kit is still not invited.
