I have no idea how anyone could possibly defend him here. And if you’ll recall, two points make a pattern — who remembers how the President handled the immediate aftermath of 9/11? Hunter over at DailyKos draws the dotted line for you.
Yes, we need to donate, we need to help these people immediately, but we also need a little planning and coordinated disaster response. That’d be nice.
