A new avenue for obsessiveness.
August 8th, 2007 | by Scott Jennings |My roommates and I are all pretty obsessed with Yelp — reading it obsessively and writing reviews and refusing to go any place that doesn’t “get good Yelp.”
Thanks to the miracle of Web 2.0, I’ve got a little widget on the homepage of the blog that shows my Yelp reviews of all the businesses I’ve patronized in my time here so far. I have a strict four block radius for bars and restaurants that I will not compromise, so pardon the crowded mess of arrows; my neighborhood’s just that convenient. (No, seriously, get me below 105th, and I’ll start bitching about how we’re “too far.”)
Tonight we’re thinking about heading across the street to a local bar that promises to serve $2 PBRs. Now that’s what I call good Yelp.
Also, we need jobs pretty badly.
