Twelve long hours, four spent sleeping.

I’ve lived long enough to know that if you upgrade from version 2.63 of a piece of software to version 4.01 of that same piece of software, you’re practically guaranteed a problem. And that’s what I had until 3am last night, and again at 7am this morning, until I just realized that sometimes the nucular option is there for a reason. So we’re back, everything should be working, I know how relieved you are, and now the tinkering will be focused on the design, which will be simply groundbreaking, and better than ten Super Bowls. But I don’t want to oversell it.

And yes, Porter, comments are now enabled on the blog, on a “we’ll see how this goes” basis. Roommate Dave Siegel kept threatening to start a rebuttal blog (tentatively titled, “Actually, Jennings…”) but I decided it was only fair to let him rebut me on my dime.

I can appreciate that this adds nothing to anything and is completely useless and asinine. This, of course, being the type of thing you were trying to avoid(well, that and comment spam) by disallowing comments in the first place.
