Friday 7/4, early AM: arrive Durham, NC
Friday 7/4, 10am: depart Durham, NC, with Meaghan
Friday 7/4, 7pm: arrive DeFuniak Springs, FL, for a weekend with my brother and sister-in-law
Monday 7/7, 8am: depart DeFuniak Springs, FL
Monday 7/7, 5pm: arrive Charleston, SC, for dinner with an old family friend
Monday 7/7, 8pm: depart Charleston, SC
Tuesday 7/8, midnight: arrive Oak Island, NC, for beach time with Meaghan’s family
Saturday 7/12, 11am: depart Oak Island, NC
Saturday 7/12, 3pm: arrive Durham, NC, for one night in the Triangle
Sunday 7/13, 4pm: depart Durham, NC
Monday 7/14, midnight: arrive New York
About 2600 miles of driving in all. That’s what I call vacation.
