Jeff and I on Segways. Meaghan was not impressed with my GOB Bluth impression.
FINALLY a movie theater that hates those fucking teenagers as much as I do! And evening tickets were only $6.50! I bought two tickets, popcorn, candy, and soda for under $20! I don’t think I’ll ever be this happy again.
FAIL.
The fifteen minutes when you’re having your caricature drawn are sure to be some of the strangest minutes of your life. Our artist was a very affable young man from Romania who was here for the summer, and enjoyed being stationed outside the custom hat shop and the knick-knack shop staffed by a visibly intoxicated woman. Meaghan and I kept trying to get status updates from passers-by, just by gauging their reactions. Before it was finished, we were confident enough to announce this was to be our engagement portrait, so here it is: our engagement portrait. I really feel he did a great job of capturing my vacation beard.
